Mini M+M cookies

Guys.

We need to talk.

M+Ms are great and all, but have you seen the mini ones? They’re so cute and adorable and sweet and miniature!

These are basically like chocolate chip cookies, but with mini m+ms so you know they’re cuter and slightly better than regular m+m cookies.

Mini m+m dough

Mini M+M Cookies

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened

3/4 cup white sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

2 cups mini m+ms

1) Preheat the oven to 375.

2) Mix butter and sugars in a mixing bowl. Stir in eggs and vanilla.

3) In a separate container, mix the flour and baking soda, and add to the butter mixture.

4) Mix in the mini m+ms. Roll out cookies, and cook for 9-11 minutes.

    I have everything BUT brown sugar…will that make a huge difference?? Can it do without?

      I’d google a good substitute – I think you can use molasses and white sugar but I’m not sure what the ratio is!
